Splitter for 1-Wire and I2C bus. Works with e.g. DS18B20 and AM2320 sensors. The 4 sockets with a white border on the board are universal (I2C/1-Wire), the others are only for 1-Wire bus (DS18B20). The extension cable should be connected to one of the universal sockets. Spliter can support up to 3 devices via I2C, but please check the sensor description to see if they can work together.
