RJ12 splitter - 4x1-Wire + 1xI2C

1-Wire input splitter (spring terminals) and a miniature I2C connector, allowing the connection of up to 4 DS18B20 temperature sensors and e.g. BME280 sensor. Connection to Lan Controller provided by 20cm cable with RJ12 plugs.
