Premiere: Enhanced Enclosure, Advanced Hardware - Introducing the new LAN Controller LK4.0.
The new LK4 integrates our previous IoT experiences into one universal device. It represents a seamless continuation of the previous LAN Controller series, now in a more convenient form.

LK4 - universal IoT controller

Dual communication interface

You can use a wired Ethernet connection, wireless Wi-Fi, or both at the same time.

A variant with LTE connectivity is also available.

Simple management

LAN Controller v4 can be fully configured from the website, available on the built-in web server.

It is also possible to send any commands to the device via the HTTP protocol (omitting the website) or MQTT (after configuring the connection).

Interfaces

LAN Controller v4 supports many interfaces, allowing you to connect many different modules and sensors.

Interfaces 2

LAN Controller v4 supports many interfaces, allowing you to connect many different modules and sensors.

1-Wire: DS18B20 temperature sensors.

I2C: Temperature, humidity, pressure, particulate matter and CO2 sensors.

Outputs: 4 open collector outputs for controlling relays.

PWM outputs: 3 PWM outputs with relay control option.

Events

The device has a very extensive function of programming the operation when the condition on one of the sensors is met. Currently, we can check the conditions simultaneously on two inputs with the 3rd condition and set a logical operator between them. As an event output, the OUT or PWM output can be controlled, email or SMS sent, SNMP trap sent, MQTT or HTTP command. Virtual outputs are also available, which can be used for more complex event configurations. We can conveniently configure and add more lines of our program.

Scheduler

The Scheduler can be useful for many applications, allowing you to turn on/off devices at a specific time or for a specific period of time. Of course, we can also switch virtual VAR outputs, turn on or reset energy meters for intelligent daily energy counting or in specific tariffs. The new appearance of the Scheduler makes it easier to use, offers extensive possibilities of setting the times of actions not only in a weekly cycle, but also daily, monthly and even annually.

Outputs

Setting multiple options for outputs such as return after a set time, periodic switching, switching on with a delay after power-up.

PWM and Regulators

In addition to the PWM duty cycle control, there are automatic regulators operating through PWM control. PID controller - aims to set the selected input, e.g. temperature, at a constant level by controlling the PWM duty cycle. Power regulator, sets the load power size by PWM control to maintain a constant power level at the input, e.g. according to the power meter measurement. The voltage regulator (can operate for 1 phase or 3 phases) checks the AC voltage value and proportionally switches on the load so that the voltage is not exceeded for the entered value. This function also provides adjustable voltage measurement time and PWM load on delay. The main application of the regulator is to prevent the shutdown of PV installations in places with much higher than standard voltage in the AC network.

Modbus

The device allows you to read data from many devices and sensors via the Modbus RTU bus (RS485). In addition to the ready-made options of selecting several energy meters or PV inverters, it is possible to easily add your own devices for reading and including these parameters for automation and sending to the server.

Power and energy

The LK4 offers a convenient tool for monitoring the current power and energy counted from meters with pulse output, via Modbus or calculated on the basis of current and voltage measurements. You can reset energy, e.g. to monitor daily consumption, and turn on/off meters at specific times to monitor different tariffs.

mqtt.ats.pl service

It is our proprietary solution that complements the functionality of LK4, based on the MQTT protocol.

Access is free for self-use - all features are available with some limitations, but can be customized to your specific needs upon contact.

The service currently offers the following features:

  • Collecting data from the Lan Controller and presenting them on a chart or table, with the option of exporting data.
  • Defining reactions to incoming data with conditions regarding value, time. With their help, you can control one device depending on the readings from another device.
  • Defining tasks to be performed on selected days of the week at specific times (can be associated with reactions).
  • Viewing data from the supported devices and controlling it remotely using a website or a mobile application.
